📖 Youth Engagement

The competitive advantage that young people have in relation to their innate brand understanding, problem-solving approach and intersectional lived experiences, which they can bring to key decision-makers

A shared understanding that sees generational differences as an opportunity to deeply inquire, create new change, and support each other.

New insights, fresh perspectives and deep knowledge that is brought by those who have diverse lived circumstances. This includes across intersections of disability, migrant and refugees, youth, women, low socio-economic, and First Nations lens.

🌈 We work across the co-design spectrum and beyond

Collaboration creates deeper insight

Whilst we might conceptually understand an issue like mental health or disability, experiencing life as a mentally ill or disabled person is entirely different.

That’s why we put young people with lived experience at the centre of our work. This starts with creating opportunities for them to engage throughout the entire co-design process.
